Meagan Ross

Hi everyone, I’m Meagan!  It takes courage to ask for help. Together, we can work to understand what hurdles you are experiencing to determine what resolutions can help you assume control of your life in order to achieve the goals you set for yourself. Therapy can help increase self-awareness, self-esteem, and a sense of fulfillment.

I graduated with my B.A. in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University in 2001. I have 18 years experience working as a 911 dispatcher. In 2021, I graduated with my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. This allowed me to change careers and continue helping those in need. In 2023, I received training in integrative mental health that allows me to guide the use of diet, nutrition, and somatic methods in the course of mental health treatment. I specialize in working with older adolescents and adults, as well as with first responders.

I have experienced many challenges life has to offer. I am here to empower individuals to take control of their lives. I can help with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management, self-esteem, life changes, trauma, and more. While considering your mind and body interaction, we will work together to develop methods to help you meet your goals. My style is customized to each client’s needs. Collaboration leads to personalized solutions for each client.
